WELCOME TO MY WEBSITE!
I´m a Fellow of Oxford Leadership Academy.
We support individuals, teams and organisations elevating their awareness and abilities to lead and communicate in a way that supports the emergence of a character-based leadership that will result in a fairer, more human and ecologically-respectful global society.
Originally a journalist since 1997, I've been working with human development since 2004 as an independent consultant. I expect to finish my Masters degree in 2011 in Leadership- og Organizational Psychology (Aalborg University). I also have experience from educations in NLP, psychotherapy, systemic procesconsultancy and studies of yoga and buddhisme. Since many years a dedicated meditator.
In 2005-2007 I lead a coaching-educatiin at DIEU (today Mannaz), and since 2004 connected to Learn2Lead.
